Lou DesmondLou is an established media relations professional and creative strategist, known for his tenacious and tireless efforts to make client goals a reality.

Lou began his career as a broadcast journalist in both radio and television in Northern California. He has a strong background in community relations, strategic communications planning and public affairs.


Al Elgendy

Al ElgendyMr. Al Elgendy has been an international business consultant for the last 15 years. His main experience has been introducing small businesses to international business opportunities worldwide. Mr. Elgendy has worked very closely with the US. Dept. of Commerce, SBA, and Small Business Development Centers.



Al Gohary

Al GoharyAl Gohary is a General Business Consultant with the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center. Prior to joining the SBDC, Al helped in starting, managing and growing two Inland Empire small business companies one of which went public in June of 2000. His background includes over 6 years in Business Administration, Financing & Accounting. Mr. Gohary holds 2 bachelor degrees in Science & Business Administration and is a Quickbooks Certified Specialist.

Tina Loza

Stacy Rochelle

Stacy RochelleStacy has over 15 years of Human Resource experience in the State of California. A personable and experienced HR generalist, Stacy has extensive knowledge in all matters of Wage and Hour Law, Employee Relations, Labor Negotiations and is also a skilled trainer. Stacy has complimented her experience with her education and has a degree in Business Administration and a Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification.

Carla Ulloa

Carla UlloaCarla Ulloa is part of the CDC Small Business Finance Community Development team. At CDC Carla assist business owners in determining the best options for their technical assistance and financial needs. Through a variety of different sources, Carla helps small business in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties acquire SBA financing sources.

Carla has a B.A. in Business Administration at California State University San Bernardino with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. An entrepreneur herself, Carla has a small business of her own.
